Vikas Malpani is the Head-Construction Finance at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited. In this role, Vikas is responsible for identifying and expanding developer relationships for real estate project finance across the locations.
Vikas has over 20 years of experience in retail as well as institutional mortgages, unsecured business loans and construction finance across the functions like Credit, Risk and Business Development. He has been associated with Aditya Birla Capital since 2012 and worked with Aditya Birla Finance Limited as Head Credit – Mortgages. He has also previously worked with ICICI Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
Vikas is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
