She has an overall work experience of over 13 years in handling and managing regulatory compliances across the financial services sector. Prior to joining ABHFL, she was associated with leading organizations like Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd, L&T Finance Ltd. and erstwhile Allahabad Bank.
Shreya’s qualifications include Company Secretary from ICSI, LLB and MBA in Finance from NMIMS.

Chief Credit Officer
Dharmendra Patro is the Chief Credit Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. In this role, Dharmendra is responsible for underwriting loans for all segments with a balance between return and risk exposure. He leads a team of credit approvers to ensure onboarding of high-quality customers. He is also engaged with development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programmes.
