In her previous stint, Shraddha was part of Zoya – A TATA Product where she was working as Head Of Marketing and worked very closely on Brand strategy, development, content marketing, community building as well as digital strategy & Marketing P&L. She has previously worked at esteemed organisations, including Pricewaterhousecoopers, TAJ Hotels, Kingfisher Airlines, Sabre.

Chief Credit Officer
Dharmendra Patro is the Chief Credit Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. In this role, Dharmendra is responsible for underwriting loans for all segments with a balance between return and risk exposure. He leads a team of credit approvers to ensure onboarding of high-quality customers. He is also engaged with development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programmes.
