Rakesh Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with 17+ years of experience in audit, risk management, and regulatory compliance across investment and corporate banking.
Before joining Aditya Birla Housing Finance, he held leadership roles at DBS Bank India, Credit Suisse, Societe Generale, and JP Morgan, driving risk-based audit strategies and strengthening governance frameworks.
Rakesh actively engages with senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and industry forums. He holds a CA qualification from ICAI, a Certified Internal Auditor designation from IIA (USA), and degrees from Mumbai University.

Chief Credit Officer
Dharmendra Patro is the Chief Credit Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. In this role, Dharmendra is responsible for underwriting loans for all segments with a balance between return and risk exposure. He leads a team of credit approvers to ensure onboarding of high-quality customers. He is also engaged with development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programmes.
