Nitin Phanse is the Head of Prime Housing at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. In this role, Nitin is responsible for Prime Housing, including Prime Home Loan and Loan Against Property. He will be responsible for generating business from Inbound and Outbound channels. In addition, he will be leading the entire Prime Sales Team for generating business from builders, channels, and the internal ecosystem of Aditya Birla Group.
He has over 20 years of experience in the lending space with major BFSI organizations. His subject matter expertise includes building up direct sourcing channels. He has worked with leading organizations like ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Bajaj HFL. He has been instrumental in building the business operations, including forming the entire structure, product, and policies. His expertise lies in optimizing retail distribution and effective channel and process management.
Nitin has completed MBA in Marketing from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.

Chief Credit Officer
Dharmendra Patro is the Chief Credit Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. In this role, Dharmendra is responsible for underwriting loans for all segments with a balance between return and risk exposure. He leads a team of credit approvers to ensure onboarding of high-quality customers. He is also engaged with development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programmes.

In this role, Subhajeet is engaged in managing risk and policy for the Prime, Affordable, and Construction Finance business.
