Mohit Sapru is the Head - Affordable Housing at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL). He is responsible for leading the Retail Sales vertical for ABHFL.
Mohit has an overall work experience of more than 20 years in the lending space with major BFSI organizations. He has a proven track record of driving higher efficiencies, engagement, and achievement of organizational goals.
Before joining ABHFL, Mohit worked with leading organizations like Suryoday Bank, Clix Capital, Bajaj Finance and ICICI Bank and has been instrumental in building business operations from scratch, which includes digital platforms, business, risk and portfolio management. In addition, he has diversified experience managing secured and unsecured lending businesses for Vehicles, Agri Equipment, Construction Equipment, Mortgages, and banking distribution channels.
Mohit has completed his B.Com from Delhi University and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad.

Pankaj Gadgil is the Managing Director & CEO of Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL). Pankaj is responsible for providing strategic direction to the housing finance company and building it to be a material player in the industry.
Chief Credit Officer
Dharmendra Patro is the Chief Credit Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. In this role, Dharmendra is responsible for underwriting loans for all segments with a balance between return and risk exposure. He leads a team of credit approvers to ensure onboarding of high-quality customers. He is also engaged with development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programmes.
Chief Risk Officer
Subhajeet Roy Choudhury is the Chief Risk Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. In this role, Subhajeet is engaged in managing risk and policy for the Prime, Affordable, and Construction Finance business. He is responsible for all risk management strategies and supervising the organisation’s risk mitigation and identification procedures.
