Jay Thakkar is the Head - Human Resources & Administration at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited. He has over 16 years of experience in various specialist areas of Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement and Talent Acquisition amongst others. He has been associated with multiple industries ranging from Consulting to Financial Services.
In his previous stint with Aon Hewitt he worked for multiple clients in Middle East to assist in their HR journeys. For the last 13 years he has been with the Aditya Birla Group handling multiple roles in their Shared Services arm, NBFC to the current role in Housing Finance.
Jay is also a Gold Medalist in MBA, having passed out from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune along with completing his Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from Mumbai University.

Pankaj Gadgil is the Managing Director & CEO of Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL). Pankaj is responsible for providing strategic direction to the housing finance company and building it to be a material player in the industry.

Chief Credit Officer
Dharmendra Patro is the Chief Credit Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. In this role, Dharmendra is responsible for underwriting loans for all segments with a balance between return and risk exposure. He leads a team of credit approvers to ensure onboarding of high-quality customers. He is also engaged with development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programmes.

Subhajeet Roy Choudhury is the Chief Risk Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. In this role, Subhajeet is engaged in managing risk and policy for the Prime, Affordable, and Construction Finance business.
