Before joining ABHFL, Charandeep played a key role at Aditya Birla Financial Shared Services, where he led digital transformation, IT service delivery, production support, and digital program management initiatives across multiple business units. He has held leadership positions at top organizations, including Bharti AXA and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
Charandeep holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University, Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Ltd. and MBA from Leeds Beckett University, U.K. Additionally, he has earned executive learning certificates in Digital Transformation and Leadership from Indian School of Business Executive Education and Harvard Business Publishing respectively.

Chief Credit Officer
Dharmendra Patro is the Chief Credit Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. In this role, Dharmendra is responsible for underwriting loans for all segments with a balance between return and risk exposure. He leads a team of credit approvers to ensure onboarding of high-quality customers. He is also engaged with development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programmes.
