Amit Poddar is the Head of Internal Audit at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd (ABHFL). In this role, Amit is responsible for creating best-in-class Audit and Assurance functions. He has over 19 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.

Before joining ABHFL, Amit was part of the leadership team of Avanse Financial Services Ltd. In a nearly two-decades-long career, Amit has worked with leading Financial Services Companies like IDBI Bank, Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd, IDFC Bank and Aditya Birla Idea Payments Bank.

Amit is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi.
