She has over 26 years of experience in Operations Management, Process Improvements & Technology Enablement, Compliance Management & Reporting, Vendor Management etc. At ABHFL, Mohua is responsible for leading Operations & Process Excellence of the company.

Before joining ABHFL, she has worked at esteemed organisations, including HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank

Mohua has done her B.Sc in Economics from St. Xaviers’ College, Kolkata
