    We understand your needs are unique, and hence, we offer loan amounts varying Rs. 3-25 lakhs. Use our instalment calculator to choose a flexible repayment schedule for tenures raging up to 20 years. We have simple application and documentation processes to help you complete the formalities quickly.

  • Efficient Disbursal Process:

    Once the loan amount is approved, the amount is disbursed in phases. The first disbursal helps with purchasing the plot of land. Once the formalities of purchase are complete, the money for construction is disbursed.

  • Tax Benefits on Your Loan:

    You can claim deduction of up to Rs. 2,00,000 against interest paid from your gross income on our home loan products and as specified under Section 24(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Under Section 80 (CCE) and 80C, the principal deductible amount is up to Rs 1,50,000 under.

Fees for Plot & Construction Loan

Transaction Charges​
Loan Processing /Administration Fee​ Home Loans : Up-to 1% of the loan amount
Other Loans : Up-to 2% of the loan amount
Part Payment/Pre-Closure Charges:
Any part pre-payments made in the last 12 months prior to closure will be counted towards the pre-closure charges (applicable for non individuals/ individuals with other than floating rate)
  • Floating rate loans given to indivi​duals, where all applicants and co-applicants are individuals: Nil​
  • Home Loans (other than floating rate Home Lo​ans to individuals): 2% of principal outstanding
  • Loan against Property & Lease Rental Discounting: 4% of principal outstanding
  • Loan against Property or Lease Rental discounting (other than floating rate loans to individuals): 4% of principal outstanding
