ABHFL offers you an option to convert your existing adjustable rate to ABHFL's current adjustable rate by effectuating a change in the spread as indicated in the loan agreement.
Loan Re-schedulement (at discretion of ABHFL) charges : 0.50% of the Principal outstanding (on every spread change)
